New Animation

I just completed an animation to accompany composer Gina Biver's piece Skating Still. You can view the video in her 'news' section.

Her composition was chosen to be part of the 2006 International 60X60 Project, a concert series to promote new music from modern composers. It will be show all over the world and was an exciting project to work on.

The animation is driven by the music, in that each instrument drives a particular movement of the central object. The object leaves a trail based on it's movement and I think relates to Gina's concept of the elasticity of time.
